Lead and mentor a QA engineering team, aiming for 100% test coverage on all product releases. Develop and implement effective end-to-end testing strategies to significantly reduce regression cycle times through automation and process enhancements.

Oversee the complete testing lifecycle to prevent critical defects from reaching production in OSS/BSS deployments. Serve as the main point of contact for quality metrics, offering senior leadership clear, real-time insights into test progress, defect rates, and release readiness. Optimize testing timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budget and scope.

Demonstrate extensive, hands-on expertise in the Telecom Domain, with a specific focus on OSS and BSS. Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating multi-functional testing teams within Agile and DevOps frameworks are essential.

A strong foundation in test management, including planning, defect tracking, and release management, utilizing tools like Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps, is required. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of end-to-end integration testing and API testing within complex telecom architectures. Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework for continuous testing is also necessary.
