This role focuses on driving end-to-end digital and enterprise architectures for insurance companies in India, particularly leveraging solutions like InsureMO.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, adept stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record in architecture design and delivery execution within the Indian insurance landscape.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust enterprise and digital architectures across business, application, data, and integration domains. You will conduct system assessments, define target state architectures, and develop scalable solutions, including embedded finance capabilities.

Engage closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering functions to translate objectives into actionable technology solutions. Facilitate crucial architecture discussions and governance reviews, fostering strong relationships across diverse teams.

Provide hands-on expertise for architecture implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams while maintaining a sharp focus on application and data architecture. Contribute to strategic initiatives, including AI-driven transformations and modernization efforts.

A strong foundation in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Data Architecture is essential, along with navigating complex, multi-domain environments. Experience with InsureMO for life or non-life insurance, alongside cloud-native and hybrid architecture principles, including containerized platforms, is required.
