Seeking experienced, hands-on Technology Strategy and Architecture consultants with a strong background in insurance core transformations. This role emphasizes expertise in both life and non-life insurance sectors, particularly within the Indian market. A proven track record in leading core and digital transformations, including at least one InsureMO implementation, is essential. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, architecture design, and delivering impactful solutions within the Indian insurance landscape.

This position offers the opportunity to shape technology strategies and drive transformation initiatives for leading insurance companies. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing future-state architectures that leverage modern software solutions and address complex business challenges.

Design and implement end-to-end enterprise and digital architectures covering business, application, data, and integration domains. Conduct architecture assessments of current systems and define target future-state architectures. Develop and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient architecture solutions, incorporating modern software like InsureMO, and drive embedded finance solutions within the insurance sector.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, and enterprise architecture functions. Translate business objectives into actionable technology solutions with measurable outcomes. Facilitate architecture discussions, workshops, and governance reviews, fostering strong relationships across diverse teams.

Support architecture implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Provide hands-on implementation expertise throughout the solution lifecycle. Partner with infrastructure, security, and platform teams while maintaining a focus on application and data architecture.

Contribute to AI-enabled transformation initiatives and modernization efforts. Participate in strategic programs such as enterprise data platform evolution and large-scale platform integrations.

Possess strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Data Architecture, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-domain environments. Demonstrate a solid understanding of application integration patterns and distributed architectures.

Acquire practical experience with InsureMO for either life or non-life insurance (or both), functioning as PAS or middleware. Showcase experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures, including containerized platforms and modern application deployment models.

Exhibit strong business acumen to understand and resolve underlying business challenges. Leverage excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Thrive in fast-paced, evolving enterprise settings with proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Be comfortable collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
