Lead complex semiconductor programs from initial planning through execution and delivery, covering fabrication, assembly, testing, packaging, equipment installation, and manufacturing operations. Develop detailed roadmaps, strategic execution plans, project schedules, resource allocations, and governance structures to ensure successful program outcomes. Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide concise, executive-level reporting.
Leverage subject matter expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Fab, ATMP, cleanroom environments, process engineering, equipment installation, and facility readiness. Support technology transfers, production ramp-ups, yield enhancements, and operational excellence initiatives. Provide strategic guidance on semiconductor manufacturing best practices and emerging technologies.
A minimum of 9-12 years of experience within the semiconductor industry is essential, with substantial exposure to large-scale manufacturing, fabrication, ATMP, or semiconductor infrastructure projects. Proven ability to manage intricate, cross-functional programs in semiconductor manufacturing or technology environments is required.
Demonstrate a strong grasp of semiconductor fabrication processes, cleanroom operations, equipment installation, production ramp-up strategies, and manufacturing operations. Proficiency with project planning tools like Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is necessary. Familiarity with project management methodologies, risk assessment, budgeting, scheduling, and governance frameworks is crucial.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities are key. The ability to effectively manage multiple programs concurrently in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting is expected.
