Join our Regulatory & Financial Risk team in Bengaluru as a Manager for Endur Market Risk Capability. This role is integral to the Commodity (LNG, Oil & Gas) Trading team, focusing on the Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) system, Endur. You will drive enhancements through scripting, automation, and integration, leveraging your expertise in front, middle, and back-office operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with IT System Support Analysts and Business Partners to transform business requirements into technical specifications and Endur solutions. You will be instrumental in enhancing the Endur software to meet evolving business needs and resolve issues. Developing specialized technical expertise for security, continuous integration, and automation within the Endur application is also a core part of this role. Furthermore, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of these solutions into the production environment.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Accounting. A strong background in application operations support and/or project implementation experience with Endur is essential, along with similar experience in LNG, Oil & Gas commodities. Proven code development and integration experience within the Endur ecosystem is required. Familiarity with ITSM and Agile processes and tools is important, with ITIL certification being a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with a strong customer focus and results-orientation, are critical for success in this role. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience is expected.
