This role is central to our Commodity (LNG, Oil & Gas) Trading team, providing crucial support and developing enhancements for the Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) system, Endur.

Leverage your expertise in scripting, automation, and integration, coupled with domain knowledge in front, middle, and back offices. You'll apply technical software development and engineering skills to contribute to moving solutions from development to production, adhering to robust software engineering principles and IT standards. This position involves collaboration with a global team, serving a diverse international clientele.

This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications and mapping them to Endur solutions through close collaboration with IT System Support Analysts and Business Partners.

You will be responsible for enhancing the Endur software to meet evolving business needs or resolve identified issues. Developing deep technical expertise to support security, continuous integration, and automation beyond standard software development within the Endur application is a key aspect of this position.

Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with partner teams to ensure the successful deployment of these solutions into the production environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Accounting is required.

We are seeking candidates with solid experience in application operations support and/or project implementation specifically with Endur. Proven experience supporting LNG, Oil & Gas as commodities, along with strong code development and integration experience within the Endur ecosystem, is essential.

A good understanding of ITSM and Agile processes and tools is necessary, with ITIL certification being a valuable asset. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong oral and written communication abilities, are critical. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer focus and a drive for superior results, backed by 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
