This role focuses on leveraging GIS technology to develop and manage geospatial solutions for the GPS Industry. You will be instrumental in enhancing our spatial data capabilities and delivering impactful insights.

As a Manager, you will lead initiatives in GIS application development, data analysis, and system integration. Your expertise will drive the creation of advanced mapping tools and dashboards, ensuring high-quality geospatial data and efficient workflows. Develop and maintain sophisticated GIS applications, interactive web maps, and insightful dashboards.

Manage and analyze complex spatial datasets utilizing leading GIS platforms like ArcGIS or QGIS.

Design, update, and meticulously maintain geodatabases and spatial data repositories.

Integrate GIS solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.

Perform in-depth spatial analysis, data processing, and map generation to meet critical business requirements.

Create automation workflows and scripts using Python, JavaScript, or SQL for enhanced efficiency.

Ensure the highest standards of data quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry GIS protocols.

Collaborate closely with planners, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver effective geospatial solutions.

Troubleshoot and optimize GIS applications and spatial databases for peak performance.

A Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Geoinformatics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

Possess 1-3 years of hands-on experience in GIS application development or comprehensive geospatial data management.

Demonstrate proficiency in core GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise/Online, or QGIS.

Exhibit experience with programming languages including Python, JavaScript, and SQL, alongside GIS APIs/SDKs.

Show a solid understanding of spatial databases like PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server Spatial, or Oracle Spatial.

Have a firm grasp of geospatial data formats, coordinate systems, and advanced spatial analysis techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Experience with web GIS development (e.g., Leaflet, OpenLayers, ArcGIS JavaScript API), cloud platforms, and remote sensing workflows is preferred.
