Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger functionalities. Facilitate business requirement workshops and solution design sessions. Translate intricate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Guide a team of functional consultants through the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment. Oversee critical activities including integration, data migration, and testing across modules and with external systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads. Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance-related functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, manage issue resolution, and recommend continuous improvement strategies. Ensure steadfast compliance with business processes, SOX regulations, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Extensive experience in Oracle Financials, specifically with a minimum of 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, is essential. Demonstrate strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. Possess a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP. Proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud. Proficiency in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is critical. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for client interaction and team leadership. This role is based in Lucknow, India.
