This role focuses on leading Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) Financial projects within Oracle environments. The ideal candidate will drive the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and facilitate long-term growth.

As a Manager, you will be instrumental in transforming enterprise technology into a driver of functional excellence and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Oracle technologies and contribute to significant client engagements.

Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, encompassing modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax.

Lead critical business requirement workshops and solution design sessions, translating stakeholder needs into actionable functional specifications.

Configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules meticulously to align with defined business requirements and optimize financial operations.

Mentor and manage a team of functional consultants, guiding them through all project phases from design to deployment.

Ensure seamless integration and data migration activities, alongside comprehensive testing across all modules and external systems.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, complemented by substantial experience in Oracle Financials.

Demonstrated success in at least five Oracle Cloud Finance implementations is essential, showcasing deep functional expertise.

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is a must.

Strong understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards such as IFRS/GAAP is expected.

Proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is crucial. Experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is also vital.
