You'll work with a leading entity committed to enterprise technology as a catalyst for growth and functional excellence.

Lead comprehensive manufacturing and operations transformation initiatives, delivering tangible improvements in efficiency, cost, and overall performance. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks to boost plant productivity. Design future-state operating models and digital manufacturing roadmaps, aligning business goals with sustainable strategies. Support the implementation of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES/MOM systems and IIoT platforms, to enable data-driven decision-making.

Oversee the deployment of digital factory applications, ensuring production line readiness and advising stakeholders on solution architecture. Validate application data for accuracy and reliability, and drive the adoption of digital solutions to realize measurable operational and financial outcomes. Facilitate client workshops and requirement gathering sessions, contributing to solution conceptualization and AI/digital initiative demonstrations.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, possessing over 9 years of experience in industrial 4.0 or digital transformation. Demonstrated expertise in throughput improvement, operational efficiency, or quality loss reduction is essential. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, operations concepts (OEE, OLE, losses), and best practices is required.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, dashboards, or BI tools, and awareness of emerging AI and advanced analytics technologies. Excellent communication and influencing skills are vital for engaging with site teams and senior stakeholders. Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting environments with frequent site interaction is expected.
