Design future-state operating models and digital manufacturing roadmaps that align with business goals and ensure scalability. Support the deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES/MOM and IIoT platforms, to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Ensure production line readiness by advising on solution architecture and data capture. Validate application data for accuracy and reliability in real-time reporting. Drive adoption of digital factory solutions through effective change management, ensuring the delivery of tangible operational and financial outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology is required, coupled with over 9 years of experience in industrial automation, digital transformation, or related fields. Demonstrated success in improving throughput, operational efficiency, or reducing quality losses is essential. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and best practices, including concepts like OEE and production losses, is crucial. Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel and BI platforms, alongside a keen awareness of emerging AI and advanced analytics technologies, is expected. Excellent communication skills are necessary to influence stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership. The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting environments with frequent client site interaction is vital.
