Join our team as an experienced MES Opcenter / Ignition Solution Architect, driving functional excellence and innovation in manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in designing, architecting, and delivering cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Industrial Digitalization solutions.

Leverage your deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES, Inductive Automation Ignition, Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), ISA-95 standards, and Industry 4.0 technologies to shape the future of digital manufacturing.

Architect and implement scalable MES solutions utilizing Siemens Opcenter and Ignition Platform, defining end-to-end systems that integrate MES, SCADA, PLC, ERP, Historian, and IIoT. Develop functional and technical blueprints for digital transformation initiatives and establish MES system standards. Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of Siemens Opcenter modules, including workflows, production processes, and quality management.

Oversee Ignition-based solutions, including development of SCADA/MES dashboards and KPIs. Design integration strategies using various protocols and develop data exchange architectures to ensure system consistency and performance. Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and mentor junior engineers. Drive smart manufacturing initiatives by leveraging IIoT, Edge Computing, Digital Twins, and Advanced Analytics.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Manufacturing IT, MES, MOM, or Industrial Automation is required.

Demonstrated experience includes a minimum of 4+ years with Siemens Opcenter MES and 3+ years with Ignition Platform implementations. Proven success in delivering full lifecycle MES projects across diverse manufacturing environments is essential.
