Lead the design of functional and technical blueprints for manufacturing execution and digital transformation projects. Establish MES system standards, frameworks, and best practices, while leading architecture reviews and technical governance.

Oversee MES module deployment, configuration, and customization, focusing on workflows, production processes, genealogy, traceability, quality management, and electronic batch records. Develop and manage integration strategies utilizing technologies like MQTT, REST APIs, OPC-UA, and SQL databases. Drive smart manufacturing initiatives through IIoT, Edge Computing, Digital Twins, and Advanced Analytics.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience in Manufacturing IT, MES, MOM, or Industrial Automation, with a minimum of 4 years specifically with Siemens Opcenter MES and 3 years with the Ignition Platform.

Proven success in delivering full lifecycle MES projects across diverse manufacturing environments is essential. Strong skills in solution architecture, integration strategies (including APIs, middleware, and message brokers), and understanding of manufacturing operations are critical. The ability to engage with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and mentor technical teams is highly valued.
