Join our dynamic team as a PLM Implementation Project Manager and drive the success of enterprise technology solutions. This role is pivotal in leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation, migration, upgrades, and ongoing support. You will be instrumental in managing critical project aspects, from scope and schedule to budget and stakeholder alignment, guaranteeing the effective delivery of advanced PLM systems.

Oversee PLM implementation projects from inception to completion, defining clear objectives and success metrics. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, while rigorously tracking progress. Manage project governance and lead steering committee meetings, providing regular status updates to leadership and clients. Effectively gather and document business requirements through workshops with cross-functional teams, translating them into technical specifications. Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, managing expectations and communication plans proactively. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring task assignment, monitoring, and performance feedback. Coordinate critical PLM activities such as data migration, CAD/ERP integration, workflow implementation, and user acceptance testing.

A strong foundation in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts is essential, including expertise in Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, and Workflow Management. Proven experience in leading end-to-end PLM implementation projects is required, along with the ability to define scope, objectives, and success criteria. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in developing project plans, managing resources, and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery. Excellent stakeholder management skills are necessary to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, manage expectations, and facilitate project reviews. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and providing mentorship is also crucial for this role.
