We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to spearhead large-scale Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives. This role involves overseeing programs across multiple plants, business functions, and technology workstreams, ensuring overall program governance, effective stakeholder management, and successful execution.

The Program Manager will be responsible for comprehensive program oversight, including risk management, vendor coordination, budget control, and the achievement of key business outcomes. A strong background in manufacturing digitalization, encompassing MES, Industrial IoT, OT-IT integration, analytics, automation, and enterprise systems, is essential for success in this position.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of Smart Factory transformation programs, establishing robust governance, reporting structures, and steering committees.

Drive collaboration among business units, manufacturing operations, engineering teams, IT, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and achieve program objectives.

Manage diverse project streams, including application development, manufacturing systems, integrations, analytics, and deployments, while meticulously tracking progress against scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, develop effective resolution plans for issues, and ensure successful deployment and widespread adoption of new solutions across all plant locations.

Engage actively with senior leadership and plant stakeholders, coordinating seamlessly with system integrators, technology vendors, and consulting partners to manage contractual deliverables and performance expectations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations, or a closely related field is required.

Possess 12–18 years of comprehensive professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to managing large-scale transformation programs.

Demonstrate proven expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Supply Chain, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Experience in managing complex, multi-vendor, and multi-location programs is essential for this role. Strong competencies in executive stakeholder management, strategic thinking, leadership, commercial acumen, and effective communication are highly valued.
