Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Manager in DMS - Custom Development. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation for long-term growth. The ET&P team ensures that our enterprise technology is not just operational but a powerful engine for business success.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead custom development initiatives within the Supply Chain & Network Operations domain. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering complex projects that enhance our operational capabilities and foster innovation.

As Manager for DMS - Custom Development, you will define comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. You will oversee the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and stabilization. Your responsibilities include diligently tracking project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to quality and governance standards.

You will serve as the central coordination point, facilitating seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, plant operations, technology teams, and external vendors. This includes leading workshops, status reviews, and steering committee meetings, providing regular, insightful project updates and management reports. Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks and dependencies are crucial, as is effective management of change requests and their impact assessments.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by 8–15 years of robust project management experience. Prior experience managing projects in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives is essential. A strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and experience with system integration projects are key requirements.

Preferred qualifications include expertise in Smart Factory and Manufacturing Solutions, MES, Industrial IoT, Analytics Platforms, ERP integrations, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with PM tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project, alongside strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, will be highly beneficial.
