Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager, focusing on Custom Development within DMS. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation for our clients. We seek a leader to enhance process optimization use cases through cutting-edge technology solutions.

As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to transforming enterprise technology from a support function to a strategic growth enabler. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing advanced solutions that meet the evolving needs of the process industry.

Lead discovery workshops for process optimization use cases across the process industry. Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Develop strategies for data and requirement gathering for both continuous and batch processes. Conduct feasibility assessments for solutions, including requirements for process digital twins. Design user stories and guide the implementation of Process Digital Twin Proofs of Concept (POCs). Collaborate with data scientists to drive improvements and benchmarking for process optimization. Perform functional testing for process twin implementations. Mentor teams and drive solution adoption by working closely with technical architects and data scientists.

A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in the process industry or with process industry solutions is required. Possess a basic understanding of PID control and instrumentation. Demonstrate a clear understanding of continuous and batch processes. Familiarity with Six Sigma and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) is essential. Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must have strong collaboration abilities across business and technical stakeholders. This role is open to any graduate.
