We are seeking a strategic leader to enhance our operational capabilities. You will be instrumental in transforming business needs into actionable technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and driving long-term growth.

Lead functional discovery sessions and workshops to optimize processes within the process industry. Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

Develop data and requirement gathering strategies for both continuous and batch processes. Assess solution feasibility, including gathering requirements for process digital twins.

Design user stories and guide the implementation of Process Digital Twin Proof of Concepts (POCs). Drive process optimization use cases through benchmarking and close collaboration with data scientists.

Conduct functional testing for process twin implementations. Mentor and drive solution adoption by collaborating closely with technical architects and data scientists to ensure customer success.

This role requires 8 to 12 years of experience in the process industry or with process industry solutions. A fundamental understanding of PID control and instrumentation is essential.

Candidates must possess a clear understanding of continuous and batch processes, along with knowledge of Six Sigma and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance).

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are paramount. The ability to foster strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders is critical for success in this position.
