We are seeking a Manager with a strong foundation in business modeling services, complemented by professional expertise. Essential qualifications include a CA designation. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered a significant advantage.

Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), or Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) are highly desirable. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business valuation, with at least one year in a managerial capacity.

Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with various valuation tools are critical. A solid understanding of valuation standards (e.g., IVS, US GAAP, IFRS) and knowledge of industry-specific trends and financial reporting are expected.
