Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with government objectives. Oversee infrastructure modernization, data center operations, and disaster recovery planning. Implement and manage hybrid cloud solutions and enterprise-level technologies. Ensure robust program governance, effective vendor management, and precise budgeting. Engage with key stakeholders to drive large-scale IT transformations within the public sector.

A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles is required. Demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, data center transformation, and disaster recovery. Proven track record with hybrid cloud technologies and enterprise technology solutions. Strong capabilities in program governance, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Significant experience leading large-scale IT transformations, preferably in banking, government, or telecom sectors. An MBA is required.
