This leadership position involves managing a team of approximately 15 associates dedicated to end-to-end provider onboarding, catalog integration testing, and content/app quality assurance. Manage operational milestones, process changes, and escalations through effective stakeholder communication across various sites. Drive program-specific goals for SLA, quality, and productivity, ensuring optimal resource utilization for maximum team efficiency. Maintain and continuously update comprehensive business process documentation. Identify customer-impacting issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively. Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance operational tools and processes. Define, measure, and present operating metrics to leadership and business partners, actively pursuing continuous improvements to meet operational targets and OPEX goals. Provide input for transition planning and potential program expansions. Oversee people performance, support career development, and participate in hiring and mentoring to cultivate future leadership talent.
This role requires demonstrated experience in leading task prioritization, team scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. You should possess experience in analyzing metrics to drive business improvements and in identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis. A background in leading process improvements is essential. The position is for a Graduate with 6+ years of experience in operations or program management, including a minimum of 2 years managing people. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to influence business and tech partners with well-supported information. Experience in independently owning and building processes with minimal guidance is also crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methods, effective management of process and operational escalations, and familiarity with automation/AI tools for operational efficiency.
