We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 6-8 years of individual contributor experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering. A minimum of 4 years of experience managing data or related software teams is required.

Demonstrated success in driving and delivering large, complex projects involving multiple teams is crucial. Excellent communication skills are essential for maintaining vital cross-team and cross-functional relationships. Experience with large-scale, high-performance data processing systems (batch and streaming) with a "Streaming First" mindset is a strong asset.

We value strong people management skills, experience leading agile data or software teams, and a passion for talent development and technical excellence. Familiarity with public cloud offerings such as AWS, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, S3, Databricks, Spark/Spark-Streaming is expected. Experience with Python, RESTful APIs, microservices, Tableau, and basic experimentation understanding would be highly beneficial.
