Develop and maintain high-performance dashboards and KPI visualizations aligned with business objectives. Implement data transformation, cleansing, and automation processes using Power Query and Dataflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. Document best practices, governance standards, and deployment guidelines for Power BI assets. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions. Ensure data accuracy and reliability by adhering to strong ETL design principles.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Power BI stack technologies, including data engineering. Proficiency in SQL Database, DAX, Power Query (M language), and Power BI Desktop & Service. Strong experience in data modeling, semantic data model creation, and report/dashboard development. Familiarity with data warehouse, data lake concepts, and Power BI Service management, including row-level security. Experience integrating Power BI with Azure data sources like Azure SQL Database, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to share insights with business and leadership teams.
