Join a leading Real Estate and Infrastructure team as a Data Centre Manager in Mumbai. Oversee the PMO function for Data Centre projects, providing comprehensive management of schedule, cost, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Develop and monitor the integrated project master schedule, identifying critical paths and potential delays. Track project budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage variations. Monitor design development, procurement of long-lead equipment, and site execution progress.

Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to manage issues, decisions, and action items. Maintain robust risk, issue, and action registers, and manage change control processes. Conduct site reviews to validate progress and prepare insightful project reports and dashboards for senior management. Facilitate project review meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.

Possess a B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with substantial experience in project management, project monitoring, construction management, or PMO roles. Prior experience in Data Centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale industrial/commercial developments is highly preferred. A strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, risk management, and project governance is essential.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, is required. The ability to prepare comprehensive project dashboards, MIS reports, and executive presentations is crucial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills are necessary to thrive in this site-based, multidisciplinary environment.
