As a Manager of Data Analytics, you will lead technical implementations using Adobe Launch, JavaScript, and data layers for AEP, Analytics, and Target. You will architect and maintain AEP components, configure CJA workspaces, and build XDM schemas. Your role includes unifying data, leveraging AI for identity resolution, and conducting data audits with AI-driven QA.

You will also strategize and align Adobe Analytics/AEP with corporate goals, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities extend to performing funnel and campaign analysis, translating insights, and resolving data issues using AI-driven anomaly detection. Leading testing of new features and evaluating innovative analytics tools and methodologies will be key.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 12 years of digital analytics experience, including deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud. Proven leadership in building analytics teams for at least 3 years is essential.

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Launch, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target is mandatory. Strong JavaScript skills for tagging and data layers, coupled with SQL proficiency, are required. Familiarity with AI-driven models and excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts are also necessary.
