As a key liaison, you will bridge the gap between Analytics, Operations, Business Analysts, and Technology teams, ensuring seamless progression from idea to realization. You'll manage a portfolio of initiatives, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and translate forecasted benefits into measurable operational impacts.

Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating manual processes and workflows to uncover scalable automation solutions. This includes building business cases, developing strategic roadmaps, validating benefits, and executing future opportunity pipelines to enhance productivity and streamline claims processing. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through advanced analytics and AI is also a core aspect of this position.

Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of automation, AI, advanced analytics, and operational improvement opportunities, crafting multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise cost, productivity, and business transformation objectives.

Manage and govern a portfolio of Cost & Productivity initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Developers, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery, implementation, risk management, and issue resolution.

Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, testing standards, quality controls, and operational readiness processes for scalable, sustainable, and compliant solution deployment.

Monitor initiative performance, implementation progress, resource capacity, dependencies, and benefit realization, providing leadership with actionable insights, reporting, and recommendations on risks and mitigation strategies.

Drive data-driven operational excellence by analyzing inventory trends, workload patterns, and process performance, influencing technology strategy decisions related to reporting, analytics platforms, automation solutions, and operational infrastructure.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, complemented by 7+ years in healthcare analytics, operational excellence, automation, process optimization, or related fields.

Demonstrate solid expertise in healthcare claims operations, workflow optimization, inventory management, and performance measurement, with proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.

Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution, including business case development, benefit realization, and operational outcome measurement.

Possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
