Analyze business and functional specifications to assess the impact of system changes. Independently manage end-to-end SAS Algorithm development and SDLC assignments. Collaborate effectively with diverse business partners and technical teams. Drive algorithm optimization and innovation within the team. Flexibility to collaborate with onshore business teams during US business hours and support project releases is essential. A minimum of 12 years of development experience in SAS BASE and SAS Advanced is required. Proficiency with SDLC tools such as Rally is necessary. Experience working with Orchestration tools, particularly Airflow, is essential. Working knowledge of Python and Spark, along with an understanding of Azure Data Bricks, is crucial. Solid SQL skills and extensive experience with diverse relational databases like Oracle and Snowflake are mandatory. Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in US-India operational models and team management, are vital for this role.
