The Enterprise Technology & Performance team is crucial, serving as the engine for functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth within organizations.

Lead a team of D365 F&O technical developers, fostering their growth and ensuring project success through effective coordination and mentorship.

Translate project requirements into robust technical solutions, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and set realistic timelines.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, conducting code reviews to uphold quality and performance. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including 5-6 full end-to-end implementations, is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX, X++, AXAPTA, AX Technical, and Morphx is required, along with strong coding skills and expertise in D365 solutioning and integration patterns.

Demonstrated experience in design documentation, technical analysis, and producing high-quality TDDs. Familiarity with LCS setup, D365 code review, build & deployment processes, and Azure DevOps is expected.
