Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring successful project completion through effective coordination and technical guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and maintain scalable software applications adhering to best practices. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and stay abreast of the latest industry trends to drive process improvements and innovation.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining D365 F&O solutions, customizations, extensions, integrations, and data conversions. You will also be involved in LCS setup, D365 code reviews, build and deployment processes, and leveraging Azure DevOps. Participation in design sessions with clients to define technical requirements is also a crucial aspect of this role.

We are seeking a Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including 5-6 end-to-end implementations. A Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, MCA, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees being a plus. Strong coding skills in X++ and related technologies are essential.

Proficiency in D365 solutioning, integration patterns, and design documentation is mandatory. Experience with Data Entities, Business Events, Custom Services, and LCS setup is highly valued. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Pipelines, and Repos, is expected. Experience with Azure components like Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Service Bus is advantageous. A proven track record in conducting code reviews and participating in design sessions with clients is critical.
