Lead comprehensive SCM solution delivery for ERP projects, from inception to completion. Manage functional consultants and oversee project workstreams, defining the overarching SCM solution architecture. Facilitate executive-level workshops to align stakeholders and ensure project success.

Oversee critical aspects such as integrations, testing strategies, and data migration. Effectively manage project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure optimal resource allocation. Support presales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development. Maintain high standards of governance and quality assurance for all deliverables.

A minimum of 9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential. Demonstrated strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities are required. Candidates should possess certification as a “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect.”

Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementation programs is expected. A solid understanding of global supply chain best practices is necessary. Exposure to emerging technologies like Copilot and AI agents is a plus. While experience with Indian Localization is optional, it would be beneficial. Any graduate degree is acceptable for this position.
