Join Emerging ERP Solutions as a Manager specializing in D365 F&O Functional SCM. This onsite role in Ahmedabad focuses on driving enterprise technology to enable innovation and long-term growth through functional excellence.

This position is integral to leading SCM solution delivery, overseeing consulting teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes while fostering strong client relationships. You will be at the forefront of modern ERP solutions.

Lead comprehensive SCM solution delivery for ERP implementations from start to finish.

Effectively manage functional consultants and project workstreams, ensuring seamless execution. Define the overarching SCM solution architecture and strategy. Conduct high-level workshops with executive stakeholders. Supervise critical areas like integrations, testing strategies, and data migration. Proactively manage project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. Contribute to presales activities and deliver compelling solution demonstrations. Maintain rigorous governance and quality assurance for all deliverables. Assist with candidate interviews, asset development, and further presales efforts.

A minimum of 9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential. Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and expertise in stakeholder management. Possess certification as a “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect”. Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementation programs. Solid understanding of global supply chain best practices. Exposure to cutting-edge technologies like Copilot and AI agents is beneficial. Familiarity with Indian Localization is considered optional but advantageous.
