Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Finance. Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, focusing on functional finance processes. Spearhead the implementation of D365 F&O modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets. Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to guarantee timely and successful project delivery. Drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, and testing phases for the D365 Finance module suite. Oversee rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and management activities, including FastTrack go-live assessments. Ensure seamless integration of D365 F&O with other systems and applications, maintaining efficient data flow across financial modules and business processes. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. Provide expertise on costing sheets within D365 Finance and Operations and manage client interactions, stakeholder expectations, and project risks proactively.

A seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects as a Finance Consultant. Demonstrated proficiency in implementing D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets. Proven experience with at least 4-5 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations. Familiarity with incident management tools and experience in multi-vendor environments are essential. Strong client interaction, presentation, and communication skills are expected, along with the ability to manage scope, risks, and expectations effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are advantageous. Flexibility with work hours and readiness for onsite-offshore global delivery models and travel are necessary.
