Join our Corporate Strategy & M&A team as a Senior Associate or Manager in Bengaluru. This pivotal role sits within the CEO's Office, directly influencing Deloitte's strategic direction and growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in formulating long-range strategies, driving inorganic growth through M&A, and providing hands-on support for critical business initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the board, requiring ownership from analysis and recommendation through to execution.

Key responsibilities include defining and refreshing multi-year corporate strategies, building comprehensive financial plans, and preparing executive-level materials for board review. You will evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities across various services, capabilities, and geographies, and guide capital allocation decisions. The role also involves managing the M&A process from target screening and valuation to deal structuring and post-merger integration. Leading enterprise transformation programs, designing effective operating models, and establishing robust governance frameworks are also core functions. You will provide strategic support to business units, analyze portfolio performance, and monitor market trends to identify strategic options, alongside managing ad-hoc projects for senior leadership.

We are seeking an MBA graduate from a Tier-1 institute with a minimum of 5 years of post-MBA experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development/M&A. Essential qualifications include demonstrable M&A experience across the deal lifecycle, experience leading major strategic transformation workstreams with measurable outcomes, and strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities. The ability to build a business case with incomplete data and exceptional executive communication skills are critical. Preferred qualifications include experience from top-tier strategy firms, Big 4 deal advisory, investment banking, or private equity, along with exposure to IT services, BPaaS, GCC, or technology-enabled service models. Familiarity with carve-outs, BOT constructs, joint ventures, operating model design, and governance frameworks is also advantageous.
