Job description

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive cyber reviews, offering specialized knowledge in assessing control descriptions, standards, frameworks, and taxonomies, including risk environments and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, Control Owners, Risk Stewards, and subject matter experts to define and implement robust control enhancements.

Contribute to maintaining the organization's risk and control inventory, working with global teams to ensure consistency in control standards and definitions.

Support remediation efforts by analyzing insights from specialist teams and engaging with control owners to address identified gaps.

Manage team workload, ensure quality deliverables, and mentor junior members to foster internal expertise and knowledge continuity.

Champion proactive risk management through advanced reporting and analytics, assisting in the creation of management reports, dashboards, and program updates.

Qualifications

A graduate degree, specifically a B.E. / B.Tech (from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions) in Computer Science, IT, EC, or E, or an MCA from a recognized university is required.

Proficiency in leading cyber reviews and providing subject matter expertise in control assessments is essential.

Experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly with Control Owners and Risk Stewards, is necessary for implementing control improvements.

Familiarity with maintaining risk and control inventories and collaborating with international teams on framework alignment is expected.

Ability to support remediation activities and mentor junior team members is crucial for team development and project success.

Strong skills in driving proactive risk management, enhanced reporting, and analytics are needed to prepare effective management updates and dashboards.
