Join our Corporate Intelligence Services Team as a Manager in Mumbai. This role is integral to our Strategy Risk & Transactions (SRT) Services, supporting clients across various sectors. We provide crucial qualitative insights through public record research and market inquiries, performing due diligence to assess the integrity, background, and reputation of entities and individuals for potential transactions or business relationships.

As a key member of our Risk Regulatory & Forensic Practice, you will contribute to solving complex client issues through strategic and technological implementation, helping them lead in competitive markets.

As a Manager, you will lead project management and client engagement execution, building strong relationships to surpass expectations. Your core responsibilities include overseeing the entire project lifecycle, executing projects with minimal supervision, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

You will also manage interactions with internal teams and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. A significant part of your role involves training junior team members in public domain research and report writing, alongside managing risk clearances and ensuring compliance with all risk considerations. Preparing proposals and managing multiple projects concurrently in a collaborative setting are also key aspects of this position.

We are seeking candidates with 4-5 years of relevant experience and a strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Essential skills include exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written. Proficient report writing and reviewing skills, with a keen eye for detail, conciseness, and risk management, are mandatory.

An ability to analyze and summarize complex information effectively is a critical requirement. Ideal candidates will hold a Graduate, Post Graduate, or Management degree with a specialization in Finance, Commerce, or Economics. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with postgraduate degrees in other disciplines, including liberal arts, who demonstrate suitability during the interview process. Familiarity with databases like Factiva, Lexis, Nexis, and RoC is beneficial. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and strict deadlines is crucial.
