Join Deloitte's Strategy, Risk & Transaction team in Hyderabad as a Manager specializing in Commodity Trading and Risk Management. This role focuses on mitigating risks and identifying opportunities within financial and regulatory frameworks. This position offers a challenging opportunity to lead SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) implementations, leveraging your expertise to drive successful project outcomes. You will play a crucial role in transforming how organizations manage their financial operations and risks.

Lead SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Risk Management implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. Configure and manage core TRM functionalities including Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Liquidity Planning, and reporting. Implement and support In-House Banking solutions, covering internal loans, payment factories, and intercompany processes. Develop expertise in SAP In-House Cash (IHC), POBO, COBO, ROBO, Cash Pooling, and Netting. Set up and manage Bank Communication Management (BCM) with efficient payment approval workflows. Integrate SAP Treasury with external banking systems via SWIFT, Host-to-Host, APIs, and SAP MBC. Support critical risk management processes such as Market Risk, Credit Risk, Exposure Management, and Hedge Management. Manage Debt & Investment processes, including Money Market, FX, and Derivatives transactions and accounting. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, MM, SD) for seamless integration. Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, training materials, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions. Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system optimizations.

Possess 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Treasury solutions, with a strong preference for SAP S/4HANA.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and deep expertise in the SAP TRM module. Key areas of knowledge include: - Cash & Liquidity Management - Bank Account Management (BAM) - In-House Banking / Payment Factory - Bank Communication Management (BCM) - Financial Risk Management (FX, Money Market, Securities, Derivatives) - Exposure & Hedge Management

Solid understanding of integrations with FI, MM, SD, and SAP IHC/TRM components is essential. Experience with SWIFT, SAP MBC, APIs, and digital payment technologies is highly valued.

Key technical skills include strong configuration, testing, documentation, and business process design abilities. Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and exposure to ECC to S/4HANA Treasury migration projects are advantageous. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are required.
