As a Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Endur and commodity trading to solve complex client challenges. You'll be instrumental in designing and developing front-to-back trade lifecycle solutions, partnering with clients on their digital business transformation journeys.

Create impactful design artifacts by combining Endur package expertise with relevant business and subject matter knowledge. Provide project leadership throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to support. Utilize deep Endur design principles and configurations to craft client solutions.

Contribute to build, release, configuration, and deployment processes. Serve as the technical point of contact for clients. Manage teams, estimations, planning, and work allocation, driving continuous improvement and fostering team growth. Clearly communicate design trade-offs during the implementation phase.

A Bachelor's Degree in any specialization is required, along with 6-12 years of professional experience. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience as an Endur Business Analyst or architect, with hands-on experience in OpenJVS or OpenComponents across at least 3-4 live Endur projects.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Endur architecture, including hosted solution patterns (on-premise vs. cloud). Experience in creating design deliverables and solution architect documents is essential. A fair understanding of the ETRM/CTRM domain, with experience in at least two asset classes (e.g., Power, Natural Gas, LNG, Crude), is expected. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and concepts like CI/CD and DevOps is also required.
