Join our team as a Manager in Commodity Risk Tech, based in Bangalore. This role is integral to our Regulatory & Financial Risk division.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the KDB infrastructure essential for advanced analytics and research. Your contributions will directly support Quants, Sales, and Trading desks through the implementation of sophisticated analytics and reporting.

This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll build foundational modules and services for data analytics, monitoring, and metrics, impacting both business trading and system operations.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data feeds from various sources, such as trades, orders, exchange market data, and tradable market prices. You will also focus on tuning and optimizing services for superior performance and handling high volumes.

Adhering to industry-standard development patterns and methodologies, including behavior-driven development with continuous integration and automated testing, is crucial. Collaboration with team members and business stakeholders will ensure a deep understanding of requirements before development begins.

Full testing of implemented solutions is expected prior to User Acceptance Testing. You will also assist with component deployment and provide support for production releases and change requests.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple validations under tight deadlines.

Desired qualifications include a Master’s degree or higher in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Three to five years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.
