You will be instrumental in helping clients unlock the full potential of their data through strategic guidance and implementation services. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing solutions for managing critical data elements, maintaining business glossaries, and enforcing data governance policies. You will conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand data needs and design frameworks for end-to-end data traceability.

Further, you will document data lifecycles, perform impact assessments for data changes, and collaborate with architects to define future data states. This involves partnering with architects to map data locations and working with modelers on source-to-target mappings. You'll also create data catalogs to enhance data searchability and clearly communicate the impact of technical changes.

We are seeking individuals with at least 12 years of IT experience, including 6+ years in data management roles. Hands-on expertise with Collibra, IKC, or similar data management tools is essential, alongside a proven track record in technical metadata cataloging and designing data lineage frameworks.

Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and a strong grasp of conceptual and logical data models are required. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and working with global, multicultural teams is highly valued. The ability to perform data profiling to identify trends and develop/prioritize data quality rules is also crucial for success in this role. A B.E./B.Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science is expected.
