As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will cultivate strong relationships with both internal teams and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include hands-on work with Collibra, MDM, and Data Governance tools to facilitate solutions for managing critical data elements. You'll be responsible for maintaining business glossaries, enforcing data governance policies, and conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.

Further duties involve designing data traceability frameworks, documenting complex data dependencies, and performing impact assessments for upstream data changes. You will also build roadmaps with architects, map portfolio data locations, and collaborate with modelers on source-to-target mapping. Creating data catalogs to enhance searchability and communicating technical changes are also vital aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with 12+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 6 years in data management roles. Essential hands-on experience with Collibra, IKC, or equivalent data management tools is required, alongside a proven track record in technical metadata cataloging and designing data lineage frameworks.

Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, a strong understanding of conceptual and logical data models, and experience with Agile delivery methodologies are crucial. Experience working with global, multicultural teams, skill in data profiling, and the ability to develop and prioritize data quality rules are also key requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is necessary.
