Seeking an experienced Cloud Financials Manager to oversee Oracle Cloud and ERP implementations and support projects in Mumbai. This role requires extensive expertise in core finance modules and business cycles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting acumen and a proven track record in managing client relationships and team performance. This is a key leadership position focused on driving successful project outcomes and process enhancements.

Lead end-to-end implementations and support for Oracle Cloud and ERP systems, focusing on core finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Petty Cash, and Taxation.

Ensure deep understanding and application of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report business cycles. Develop and deliver robust financial accounting and reporting solutions.

Manage application maintenance and support projects, ensuring client SLAs are met and driving process improvements. Create functional design documents, process flows, and oversee customizations. Execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT, including writing test scripts and FRS reports.

A minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Cloud and Oracle ERP is mandatory.

Demonstrated expertise in core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Petty Cash, Taxation) and business cycles like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report is essential.

Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud/ERP implementations and 2 support/AMS projects. Strong accounting, analytical, problem-solving, client interfacing, and team management skills are required. Ability to drive client discussions and provide strategic solutions is crucial.
