As a Manager, you will guide a team of functional consultants through the entire project lifecycle, from design and build to testing and deployment. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex business needs into robust Oracle Cloud Financial solutions.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledgers.

Facilitate business requirement workshops and design sessions with key stakeholders.

Configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules to meet specific business needs.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout project phases.

Oversee critical activities including integration, data migration, and testing across various modules and external systems.

Act as the main client liaison for all finance-related functional matters and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside a minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Financials.

Crucially, you must have a proven track record of at least 3 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is essential.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, SLA) and financial processes, including statutory reporting and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), is expected.

Experience with COA design, legal entity setup, and business unit configuration in Oracle Cloud, along with proven success in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support, is necessary. Excellent communication skills are also vital for this role.
