You will leverage your deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, coupled with strong delivery management and client-facing capabilities, to lead and inspire consulting teams. This position offers a dynamic environment to shape financial solutions for enterprises.

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials workstreams for implementation and transformation programs, overseeing functional activities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Subledger Accounting.

Drive critical project phases including fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, and functional workshops. Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Financials solutions aligned with business needs, and lead business process design for Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

Provide expert functional guidance on enterprise structures, COA, Ledgers, Legal Entities, Business Units, and accounting configurations. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions. Review functional specifications, test scenarios, and solution documentation, and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

Own Finance workstream delivery, ensuring timely milestone completion and effective management of scope, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, SCM, HCM, OIC, reporting, testing, and data migration. Review deliverable quality and proactively identify delivery risks, supporting project governance and status reporting.

Cultivate strong relationships with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Lead functional discussions and workshops, translating business challenges into practical Oracle Fusion solutions. Manage daily client communications for the Finance workstream and support senior leadership in managing escalations and client issues. Present solution options and project updates to client stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants in Oracle Fusion Financials. Allocate work, monitor progress, ensure quality and timely delivery, and foster technical and professional development. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, build team capabilities, and support recruitment, resource planning, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Possess 8–12 years of overall ERP/Oracle consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, ideally with a minimum of 4+ years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Demonstrate deep functional knowledge in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Expenses, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

Exhibit a solid understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C business processes, along with experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. Showcase strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration. Proficiency in data migration, FBDI, integrations, testing, and reconciliation is essential.

While OTBI and BI Publisher knowledge is preferred, exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is advantageous. Experience in Oracle Cloud application support/Operate engagements is also preferred. You should have a strong grasp of accounting concepts and financial processes, alongside proven experience managing teams and working with offshore/onshore delivery models. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
