This position focuses on leading critical Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. You'll be instrumental in shaping how businesses manage their financial operations through advanced cloud technology.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledgers. Conduct essential business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.

Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment phases. Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing activities.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including at least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. You should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup in Oracle Cloud is crucial. Proven ability with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is essential, complemented by excellent communication skills.
