Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Manager Cloud Engineer in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in managing the entire runtime ecosystem, focusing on cloud-native technologies and platform integration. You will leverage your expertise to ensure robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete runtime ecosystem. This includes ensuring the health and performance of GKE clusters across multiple zones, microservices, Pub/Sub integrations, and various databases like MongoDB, Firestore, Redis, and MySQL.

Key duties involve managing load balancing, networking, comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions, and implementing autoscaling strategies. You will also focus on secure CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes governance, ensuring a stable and efficient operational environment.

The ideal candidate must possess a Google Professional Cloud Engineer certification. Essential technical skills include deep, hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), including cluster creation, management, multi-zone node pools, and autoscaling (HPA, VPA, Cluster Autoscaler).

Proficiency in managing pod disruption budgets, node upgrades, internal/external load balancers, network policies, and service mesh (NGINX/Envoy) is required. Experience with GPU-enabled and CPU-optimized workloads, and securing GKE clusters using IAM, Workload Identity, and RBAC are also critical for this role.
