As a key member of our Cyber Strategy team, you will foster strong client and team relationships to exceed expectations. You'll develop and implement cutting-edge cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals, conduct maturity assessments, and define security policies. Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise for digital transformation, performing risk assessments for IT and OT environments, and collaborating with development teams to address security gaps.

Further duties involve conducting architecture reviews, supporting compliance initiatives (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82), performing audits, and advising project teams and senior management on security risks and recommendations.

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity specialist with a proven track record in securing critical infrastructure and operational technology within the energy sector. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required.

The ideal candidate possesses 8-10 years of cybersecurity experience, with 3-5 years focused on technical project management and vulnerability assessments. Expertise in securing critical infrastructure, conducting assessments, and architecture reviews is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills are vital for influencing leadership and driving client engagements.
