As a key member of our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that align enterprise technology with overarching business objectives. You will define clear technology roadmaps and target operating models, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading complex business and technology transformation programs. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing robust program governance, effective reporting mechanisms, and proactive risk management, ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders involved.

Spearhead the development and implementation of IT and digital transformation strategies. Define comprehensive technology roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology transformation programs. Establish robust program governance, reporting, risk management, and executive steering committees.

Manage intricate cross-functional dependencies across various projects and workstreams. Drive essential organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies. Conduct thorough impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to foster successful transformation. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify strategic priorities and investment opportunities.

Develop compelling business cases and value realization frameworks. Monitor program progress, budgets, timelines, and benefits realization closely. Support initiatives for IT operating model, governance, and process transformation. Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment.

A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience is required in IT Strategy, Program Management, Change Management, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs is essential. A strong understanding of IT operating models, governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation principles is crucial.

Proven ability to manage program delivery, mitigate risks, oversee budgets, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations. Expertise in organizational change management, communication, and adoption strategies is highly valued.

Exceptional executive stakeholder management and presentation skills are a must. Experience collaborating with C-suite leaders, business executives, and technology teams is expected. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities are required.

Ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable transformation initiatives. Significant leadership and team management experience within matrixed environments is necessary. A preference for candidates with relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci, or equivalent transformation certifications.

Experience with Cloud, ERP, Digital, Data & AI, Technology Modernization, or Enterprise Transformation programs is advantageous. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF is beneficial. Consulting experience within large enterprise environments and supporting global or multi-country transformation initiatives is preferred. An MBA or equivalent management qualification is a plus.
