Join our team as a Manager, Capital Projects, and take a leading role in overseeing significant industrial initiatives. This position is crucial for ensuring robust project controls, efficient digital project management, and diligent schedule and cost oversight. You will be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and performance tracking of large-scale projects, utilizing advanced digital tools and analytics to boost visibility, inform decision-making, and drive delivery excellence.

Manage capital expenditure evaluations and fiscal support claims, verifying subsidy disbursement and fund utilization. Oversee financial monitoring, reporting on fiscal commitments, and conducting cash-flow and budget assessments.

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, establishing baselines and critical paths. Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, analyzing variances and supporting corrective actions. Implement project control mechanisms to enhance cost and schedule performance.

Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly MIS reports and develop real-time project dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Provide key insights on project health, KPIs, and adherence to schedule and budget. Standardize reporting formats across projects.

Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and business stakeholders. Facilitate review meetings and present performance updates to management, ensuring project alignment with business goals.

We are seeking a candidate with 5 to 8 years of experience in managing capital projects, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, industrial gases, or specialty chemicals sectors. A strong understanding of project controls, digital project management, and schedule and cost monitoring is essential.

Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6 or MS Project is required. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for MIS reporting and dashboarding is highly valued. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present project performance updates to leadership.
