Drive excellence in capital project execution by managing project controls, digital project management, schedule governance, cost monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. This role is crucial for the planning, execution, and performance tracking of large-scale industrial endeavors, utilizing advanced digital tools and analytics to boost project visibility, decision-making, and overall delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities include evaluating project costs, eligible capital expenditure, and fiscal support claims. You will verify subsidy disbursement requests and fund utilization, alongside performing financial monitoring and reporting on fiscal commitments. Comprehensive cash-flow and budget assessments are also integral to this role.

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, establishing baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules. Track project progress, identify variances, and manage risks and delays. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and expenditures, analyzing variances and supporting corrective actions. Implement robust project control mechanisms to enhance cost and schedule performance, and support capital expenditure tracking and management reporting.

Prepare regular project MIS reports and develop real-time dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Provide insightful analysis on project health, KPIs, schedule adherence, and cost performance. Standardize reporting formats across diverse projects.

Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and business stakeholders. Facilitate project review meetings, present performance updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives and governance requirements.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience is required. Preferred industry experience includes Semiconductor Manufacturing, Electronics, Industrial Gases, Specialty Chemicals, and Large Industrial Capital Projects. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
