Seeking a Manager for Capital Projects to oversee project controls, digital management, schedule governance, and cost monitoring for large-scale industrial initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing visibility, decision-making, and efficiency in project delivery through advanced digital tools and analytics.

This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the planning, execution, and performance tracking of critical capital projects within the Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions division.

Drive comprehensive project planning and schedule management, utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project to establish baselines, critical paths, and resource loading. Monitor progress, identify variances, and coordinate effectively across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Implement robust cost monitoring and project controls, tracking budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, while analyzing variances and supporting corrective actions. Develop mechanisms to enhance cost and schedule performance and manage capital expenditure tracking.

Generate essential MIS reports and develop real-time dashboards using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, providing leadership with insights into project health, KPIs, and adherence to schedule and cost targets.

Lead the adoption of digital project management solutions, leveraging analytics and automation to refine monitoring and decision-making processes. Integrate data from various sources for centralized reporting and support digital transformation within project execution functions.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, coupled with extensive experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost management. Hands-on expertise with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Automation is essential.

A solid understanding of EPC/EPCM project execution methodologies and project management frameworks is required. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, alongside superior communication and presentation capabilities.

Previous experience in industries such as Semiconductor Manufacturing, Industrial Gases, Specialty Chemicals, or managing large industrial capital projects is highly preferred.
